3.1 Candidates

• Create a profile and upload your resume to apply for job postings.
• Provide accurate and truthful information regarding your qualifications, work experience, and professional background.
• Engage with employers through the Site to explore employment opportunities tailored to new Canadians and immigrants.
• Monitor job postings, apply for relevant positions, and update your profile regularly.

3.2 Employers

• Post job opportunities that align with the mission of LandingPoint to help integrate new Canadians and refugees into the workforce.
• Ensure that all job postings comply with applicable employment laws, including non-discrimination policies.
• Provide accurate details regarding job roles, job requirements, work conditions, and any other relevant information.

4. Content Creation and Uploads

4.1 User-Generated Content

• Users may create and upload content, including job postings, resumes, and other documents.
• By uploading content, you grant LandingPoint a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute such content in connection with the operation of the Site, including marketing and promotion purposes.

4.2 Content Responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for the content you upload.
• You represent and warrant that:
  • You own or have the necessary rights to the content you upload.
  • Your content does not infringe on any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights, and complies with all applicable laws.

5. Subscription Plans and Payments

5.1 Subscription Services

• LandingPoint offers subscription plans for employers to post job opportunities on the Site.
• By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees as indicated during the subscription process. Subscription plans may be subject to change at any time with prior notification.

5.2 Payment Processing

• Payments are processed through secure payment gateways such as Stripe.
• You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize LandingPoint to charge your chosen payment method for the subscription fees.

5.3 Refund Policy

• All subscription fees are non-refundable, unless otherwise specified.
• Any exceptions will be considered at our discretion. Refund requests, if applicable, must be made within 30 days of payment.

6. Free Trial

• We may offer a free trial for certain subscription plans at our discretion.
